After 15 years spent in the insurance/sales industry climbing the corporate ladder, I realized one day I had climbed a ladder that I didn’t even want to be on in the first place. From missing 1st days of school and soccer games, to being capped with my earning potential by what someone else was willing to pay me, and having to request days off, it just wasn’t aligned with my values any longer or the legacy I want to leave.
So I started researching about debt payoff, investing, real estate, and paid off $165,000 in consumer debt and then bought my first rental property on my 36th birthday. Since then, I have taken the plunge to going full time as an entrepreneur after being laid off in Feb 2021.
I’m an agent/wholesaler, I currently own 13 long term rentals, one workshop and one short term rental and have also done a few flips. I quickly realized there aren't any real estate teams in the Kansas City market that are able to service homeowners and investors alike, so we started one and are here to service all of your on and off market needs. I love sharing both the success and struggles along my journey of scaling multiple businesses while also balancing running a household, raising kids and prioritizing my physical and mental health.
