Troy Kearns started with a burning desire to get ahead. Growing up poor, Troy realized the only way to take control of his life was through Financial Freedom.

Troy always had a desire to work hard, and get ahead. At age 8 he was mowing lawns, by 11, he had a paper route, and by 15 a full-time job.  Investing that money into the stock market, he realized that Real Estate was a much better option. Troy paid his way through college where he graduated with a BA from Central Washington University. Troy got his start as an agent, selling 3,000 properties specializing in REO, Short Sales.  As an agent he represented hundreds of homeowners and financial institutions and became an adroit negotiator.  He’s an expert in probate, quiet title, tax liens, wholesaling, creative and seller financing and has flipped 700+ properties  In 2009 he founded La Casa Global, and started acquiring holdings in multiple states.  Today, he owns over 200 Single Family Properties in over a dozen states, several large Commercial Properties including, Multifamily, Office, Industrial and land.  In 2021, he reinvented himself as an Social Media influencer, taking his real life approach to the masses, through the Troy Kearns Podcast, Troy Kearns Channel on Youtube, Tik Tok, Instagram and various other Socials.  In 2022 he authored Millionaire Mentorship, How to Build a Real Estate Empire Starting from scratch.  Then rolling out Millionaire Mentorship, an online coaching program designed to help people from all walks of life, achieve Financial Freedom through Real Estate.

Troy and his family recently relocated to Kansas City because of its excellent Real Estate investment opportunities and family values. Troy is a husband and father who loves sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife and two twin children.
